The most dishonest people that I encounter in my rental history. The regional manager walked with me the apartment before I was going to return the key , he found the apartment in good shape and clean. He signed a move out checklist and promised that I was going to get my deposit back. It never happened. His name is Curtis Lowe , he even gave me his office phone number. Later I found out that in 12 years they never return the deposit to anybody. Run for your live, if you don't have money to lose.

Office manager seems to be off somewhere. They lose stuff forget stuff they do not return phone calls was told to put money down to hold a spot for department they never ran the application nor did they contact us, nor did they even bother to do a thing on the application. When I asked for the money back I was told n they didn't do anything for the money. Nor did they even hold a spot. Because there's no spot to hold do not put your money are your eggs in this basket because you'll be homeless by the end of the day. Not a good company if they cannot be ethical and responsible. They expect people to fork out money and to get nothing. And they want to keep the money and I'm not talking about the application fee I'm talking about the other mount of money that I put down. But now nothings coming back went up there several times can't even keep them in the office. They're always under new management. But the regional area manager was in there today and she didn't even come out to see what was going on. What does she even care. All I was asking for them to do is do the right thing he made the money back because there's no spot for us no spot held nor do they run our credit or anything. Didn't even bother to pick up a phone and return phone calls. Ridiculous. When dealing with this company you might wanna have an attorney on board because you will get screwed

I went to visit my friend she has a beautiful apartment it's a very clean environment they have lots of trees and green grass the dogs can be walked by their owners at anytime the people that live there are very friendly.

Can’t get ahold of them, when they tell you they’ll send you an application they don’t and most of the time they never answer the phone or are open during office hours. They have been dishonest and put sending the application off over 6 times now.
