Yes! My Ross store is very queer friendly! I am a lgbtq advocate , and I have adopted children that are all queer. My Ross family has been very accepting of them. We often joke about how it should be called Cross Dress for Less.. Ross even distributes Pride swag during pride month to their employees. I feel that Ross is a very safe and welcoming environment for the lgbtq folks in my area.
All the ones i have been in are! In my opinion Ross an employer treats you on your work ethic no matter who you are. If you are a good person then you should have no worries besides the closed minded people still left in the world. 😊
