Date 09/15/2022 appt 6:30am My last review for PO quest was not so good but today I have to say thot they were a 5 star for me, So I edited my original post..The door was open at 6:30 am and we were greeted at the door which was nice.. A special thanks to the tech that help speed up the process for both the walk ins and appt by helping everyone sign in on the kiosk. IMy appt went well, and I was in there and out in a matter of minutes. The tech found my Doctor's code this time and she was both professional and kind. Thanks PO Quest. for a good experience!

I don’t know about Quest’s other locations but this particular one is like a sci-fi nightmare, where it’s completely impossible to get an appointment or anything done here. Finally got to ask a human a question, who claimed it’s because they see over 200 patients a day! That’s impossible and curious , since nobody can make an appointment. Every single person in the lobby area appeared quite frustrated and all were listening to repulsively repetitive robotic voices on their phones trying to get help since the QR reader attempts got us all nowhere. Yelling through the window finally brought said human, who also suggested going to another Quest location, which she had zero information on. Tried Google maps, which showed that as permanently closed. This Port Orange location is hell!! Finally gave up and Went to LabCorp, where they called me to the window before even completing the kiosk check in, got seen right away, by very professional staff and zero issues.
