Our lovely city manager has allowed AT&T to dig on our properties claiming it’s a utility, despite all my hard efforts of trying to not let it happen I unfortunately had no choice after being refused a copy of the permit the first time. For atleast 2 weeks they have been by digging and doing work, after finishing the job they left my yard in complete shambles, I’ve had the city come out with the contractors on multiple occasions and the first photo is how they have left my yard. They think it’s completely ok to leave that way, I have been flung with dirt and rocks during my last 2 times of mowing, my yard didn’t look like this before. They dug up holes and then flung the dirt all over the grass. I’m disgusted by both parties here, I will be looking into some type of lawyer to see what my options are due to the complete lack of concern or consideration, after the first phone call Lynne Stevens was in contact with me, however she can’t be bothered to over sea that my yard is put back to its original condition. What a great city we have.
