Kelly park doesnt rent the tubes you have to go to the barbaque place on rock springs rd just before the entrence to kelly park to rent the tubes. Cant remember how much but it was cheap. Like 5 bucks or something. The place is called Rock Springs Bar & Grill. And yes its cheaper buying one in walmart
You have to rent from a vendor outside park. Price varies based on size rented. Wal-Mart sells good ones fof 4.94 in their camping outdoor section.
go to Walmart and buy yours for 5.00
It's $7 a tube. You're better off bringing your own tube or float. It just can't be a huge float larger than 5ft
