DONT FEED THE ALLIGATORS. They lose their fear and WILL come to you. Many tourist who don't follow the guidelines in our area cause grave outcomes
They need signs in Portuguese, Mandarin etc. for the international tourists who may not know English. Not everyone grew up hearing of alligators in springs.
Loretta last time safe guard take out people for a litle snake, then he take out the snkae and people go trough the water again.

Even if you don’t understand English or Spanish there’s huge signs everywhere with pictures of big alligators warning and caution signs that anyone can easily understand unless they’re blind.
Yes and there are snakes that are poisonous.. even little snakes like the coral snake. But best time to go is when it's cooler out. Alligators are cold blooded they thrive in the heat
