Not to the parks as the resort is not within the Disney Park. A car rental is recommended or an Uber.
Even with that I dont recommend relying solely on the resort shuttle, a rental car is a must.
No, when I called and asked they only have shuttles to different destinations WITHIN the holiday inn resort.
