We are booked through for a 2 bedroom unit at Orange Lake for April 9. Can we hold a small gathering outdoors? Can guests come for just the afternoon? can they enter at the gate with our approval?

You will need to meet them at the gate when they arrive. As for gatherings it depends where you are. They all have balconies but some are on 1st floor so you will have a larger area to gather. Hope that helped
