It's not too far maybe 5-10 min comfortably. I think it's like 3-4 sections about 12 condos per section.
We were in the middle of the complex and it was about a 5-7 min walk to the pool. Our unit also had a private pool as do many!
Its not far. Plus they do have a few parking spots at the community building which it is attached. It's a wonderful place I love it
I don't think it would be too far, it's not a massive place.
600..Mymagicvilla dot com has a condo two buildings from the pool.
