Its affordable living. To qualify you have to be a certain yearly income the fist year! After that if your income has increase you can still live at Madison Crossing. I have been living at Madison Crossing since they open. Its a beautiful, solid building. Apt is nice and I love it here! Sometimes the management can be a little strick but its all good. After all you want to live in a clean; decent place!
THE INCOME DOES NOT DEPEND ON THE INCOME THE INCOME RISES EVERY 6 MONTHS! I SAY IT BECAUSE I LIVE HERE !!!
