Is there room for the kids to ride their bikes? Also are there public picnic tables for lunch in the park or do they all need to be rented?

No dedicated bike paths so not the best place to ride for little ones. The pavilions there can be rented for events and there are three available. Those are right between the boat dock and playgrounds.

It's really a great place to go with family. They have nice bird paths
