I think you can, you'd have to call the Duval Co. Parks and Recreation dept. To reserve the facility for the day. The number is on signs there.

You can get married anywhere technically speaking LoL. But yes you could coordinate a really good wedding at Mandarin Park. They have signs on the gazebos with phone numbers to reserve them so I would imagine they can give you information regarding a wedding. Hope this helps.
