Not fair that girls that are not spayed are allowed as long as they are not in heat but yet boys that are still intact are not allowed.
Male dogs over the age of 8 months MUST be neutered. Staff is very strict on that rule. Females must not be in heat.
Yes male dogs have to be neutered when past a certain age. I'm unsure of the age though
