16 but like the person above stated, check laws. I grew up in VA and you were able to work at 15, I moved to FL when I saw 22 so I'm not sure what Floridas laws are when it comes to that.. Good luck job searching!
What you need to do is get familiar with labor laws. Don't just brush it off as something you can look at later, because many businesses rely on the ignorance of teenagers in order to break certain laws (such as not paying for overtime, telling you to work off the clock, etc.). This is one of the *best* things you can do for yourself as you prepare to enter into adulthood. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST THING FOR YOU TO DO BEFORE YOU ENTER THE WORKFORCE!! 16 is the answer you're looking for.
