So I just wanted to share a recent interaction I had with the company. Sadly, I can’t currently afford the membership, but I called looking for help anyways, and explained my situation to Bill. Even knowing I was not going to be signing up today, he still helped me with my question! If I’m not even a member and was given that level of customer service, I can only imagine how wel they take care of their clients!

I have been able to visit this location twice and I LOVE IT. As hard as I have tried to decide my favorite part of Freedom Boat Club, I just cannot narrow it down. Freedom Boat Club boasts great staff, WONDERFUL boats, and such ease of use. I will be back...hopefully soon!

Boats are good, every single port has very limited boats. Do not waste your money with these people. Most weekends you can never get a boat

HI Stephen, we are not a dealer, and we dont sell motors, however, there are outboard motor dealers in Jacksonville, that you could speak to about financing one. Search google by the type of outboard you want. Good luck, and hope to see you on the water
Hey Kyle unfortunately we don’t operate the fuel pumps at any of our locations. It’s best to call the marinas directly.
You get a fleet of boats when you join, and you can choose your type anytime. I personally love the deck boats for small groups and the pontoons for more of a party feel. It's an awesome community and tons of fun on the water. You have the ability to take out boats at Julington Creek, Palm Valley, and St. Augustine (offshore). Hope this helps!
