I called the recruiter several times and even emailed them asking when we could chat about the position. The recruiter ghosted me and never returned my voicemails and never replied to my email. If the position is no longer available, at least give me the courtesy to respond. Unresponsive and unprofessional.

Please read My experience with capital staffing has been unprofessional they cannot be trust Matt Glancy, whom work within here company they don’t care if you been discriminated for any kind of gender or ethnicity. Only care for money I reported problem within the proper guidelines Hannah who used to work at capital staffing both did not care they ask me to submit my report to Matt Glancy & Hannah which I trusted the wrong individual he went behind my back just so he can get another big fat check to replace and a few month capital staffing ask me to return to help because SEG where overheated with cases In HR same job, same contract, I decline and said fix it yourself I fix it last time SEG are overwhelmed maybe you should not let go of the people whom want to work instead of keeping the one who may not hiring university student whom may have experience or may not that's ok experience is learning & how you commit to your work it show however can't for the worker within HR inexperience & does stand out not looking perfect just many problem with them it's concerning another example capital staffing solution Christina Anthony offering a data position at SEG I know by her tune, expression, approach, during call it clear she new still lacking the biggest give away is when she ask social holy of gods what’s a mistake that concerning recruiter should not asking Private info not ok to ask had to pretend to know my social as unprofessional may sound I give random number will never trust capitals staffing but nothing like Matt Glancy and Hannah with horrible HR whom are bag stabbing if you applied here your information was mostly likely sold if everything went from a excellent job to a semi, going down hill that explained it’s Not gov site just private company whom other company hired to find worker but how much do would you trust I regret even working with them and being hired by Matt and Hannah don’t believe seeing is believing.
