I broke my foot 5 weeks ago, and made an appointment here. I gave my insurance info when making the appointment as well as the number on the back of my card. I was told I was good to go and everything was approved. I go in and they now do not accept my insurance because it’s Aetna Premiere. Which has nothing to do with coverage according to my insurance company. The lady at the front was rude when we were asking questions (one of them was actually really nice), and then we got completely gaslighted by the office manager. I leave since I’m not covered, call my insurance and guess what?! I’m covered! My insurance company calls them and they literally told her I cancelled my appointment and wasn’t turned away. Again gaslighting the situation. Super rude and super unprofessional. You can always tell when a doctors office is money hungry, and one is when they make a mistake and don’t care to resolve the problem when a patient is in pain. They should have called me within those 5 weeks and told me my insurance was not accepted. Instead I drove an hour to get denied help with a broken foot. In no way did they try and help me. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a dogs office

Came to the walk in clinic and they did an X-ray on a muscle tear (they X-ray every patient). The doctor came in and said his specialty was hip and he never actually looked at or examined the problem. The doctor recommended following up with another doctor. Don’t waste your time or money unless you have a broken bone.

Says walk-ins welcome and constantly puts you on and transferred me to a voicemail and never got a call back from them. As for welcome for walk-ins it from seven to eight am only.
