Trash! They seem to only have certain people they want to service. You can never get an appt even days and days before, but if you just walk in without you might get out in front asap if they know you, or if they don’t you could come in with an appt and still wait an hour. Nails are decent but front desk customer service is horrendous. Definitely worth looking elsewhere for nails.

Every time we call or come, they never have any open appointments even though they welcome walk ins. The guy at the front of so rude about it too. Even though we live close to this one we would rather drive further to any others.

Rude, especially the front guy. Quality has gone down over the years also. They also the last few times I went they told was an hour wait (no matter what time I went) and no people were waiting also each time. I started going to Divine Nails at Hebron and Old Denton instead.
