Awesome place to unwind and relax. My sister and I are definitely going back
Xo Frankie
Bad first experience, woman’s nude room in the back was closed, the manager did not tell us why he would not give us a refund, had to call my friends mom to find out the policy as it was in fine print online. He was rude and unprofessional! We wasted 100 dollars and did not know that area would be closed, they need a sign upfront saying certain places are closed down so we don’t waste our time here, if ur here longer than an hour you can NOT get a refund!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Go to king spa instead!!!
Alex Frey
This is the worst place ever the Manger was rude to us when we asked about the refund policy he said he had to ask another Manger and then told us we were not allowed to have the refund I asked what is the refund policy he sighd and rolled his eyes then finally told me the policy
Melvin Tackno
Great service

Well no offense but I feel like a Spa place should be for adults to get away not to have kids running around me and my daughter thought about going but that's a no !!
Yes it does. They give you a locker for shoes and clothes.
Yes you can use it the same day but do it at least a couple hours before, as Groupon takes time to activate.
I actually prefer going when it's cooler weather. There are both indoor and outdoor pools however the largest are outdoors. I enjoy being in the warm pools outdoors when it's cold out.
Once you are in the spa you can stay as long as you like. So $40. But if you are asking about the hotel prices vary by room and date. Anywhere from 120-300
If you're trying to call it will automatically go to the one in New York. Yes it's still open it's 24 hours.
Very relaxing
Yes
In the bathhouse areas they have hot tubs with temp gages (not the mixed use. Gender specific). They start around 98-99. The mixed use are outdoor pool temps + 2 hot tubs that I have seen avg between 96-100. The sauna options are all above 100 minus the ice room.
Spa Castle is a spa with a hotel. If u go to their site, they usually have some specials going on or packages if you are trying to plan a nice couple getaway.
Yes kids are allowed. No age limit to my knowledge. For the safety of the child, (depending on age) its suggested to not have them in high temperature or pressure areas such as saunas, certain hot baths, and a few of the intensive jets.
Never a bad idea, but yeah it's probably going to be busy
No it's not all nude, only in the separate locker rooms and then inside there is a nude sauna but anywhere else you have to be either in their short/shirt set or a swimsuit in the pool area which both are coed
The dry coed area upstairs has sushi and a juice bar. The first floor has an aqua bar and tapas. The third floor has a restaurant that serves more asian style dishes.
Unfortunately no outside food or drinks are allowed. But it's a good idea to bring your own water bottle or thermos flask as there is a water dispenser at the sauna level, so you can refill your own water when you sweat it out 😊
Yes. STRICK NO PDA (public display of affection). There are signs stating as such
I would call them.
Group on but you cant use the discount the same day that you print it and they charge a fifty dollar fee on the weekends or twenty during the week plus the cost of whatever service you choose
Because they also don't want you public drunk taking the enjoyment away from the other guess
No. This is supposed to be a place of peace, quiet, and serenity. I go to get away and to be left alone. This is definitely not a place for chatting and/or flirting. You are not really supposed to be talking in most of the areas to keep the quiet, peaceful atmosphere.
I believe it's after 24 hours they'll add more charges, but I've never stayed that long. If you leave the premises and try to come back in, then they may charge you for that. But once you are in you can stay for 24 hours before being charged extra. Certain services and areas will stop running or be assesible due to cleaning/maintenance.
Yes most of the time. You can also go to their website for a 1st timer and get a free voucher for signinging up on their website
Yeah I think they are.
There is a $40 (weekday)/$50 (weekend) entrance fee to the facility. This gives you access to the locker rooms, saunas, and pools. No additional fees except for any optional services (massage, facial, etc) you purchase inside. A limited alcohol menu (wine, cocktails, etc) is available at the several food counters inside. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
They got Japanese, Korean and some American options. I suggest eating at the complex across the street after the spa. Lots of choices.
They give you shorts to wear in the rooms, but all the pools nude
I believe 2 or 3 max drinks. It is no longer a swim up bar. But you can still get out, order, then go back and relax watching music videos on a big screen, jets and jacuzzis, with a drink in your hand. A little pricey, but 1 drink is good for nostalgia. Have fun!
Yes... but unless u teaching them the importance of cleanliness or meditation (boring for kids) its pointless.
They do and much more for women to use
I would check the google occupancy estimate for the time you want to go. In my experience, it is rather uncrowded during Jan/Feb/March. The facility is also very large. Other than the swim-up bar area, it would be hard to picture it packed!
When we had our services done, my husband had a male attendant and I had a female attendant.
The bathing areas are closed for cleaning during certain hours of the night, but the saunas are 24/7.
Yes, it's a discounted rate
The daily cost is $40 for off days and $50 for weekends and holidays. Membership was offered on the site, but didn’t have much savings (need to visit many times per week to match standard cost) and the page is now down on the website.
No, but they are bringing back birthday packages for the hotel side soon.
Unless I can make an appointment same day, I live to far away to just go in person
Yes they are open all year. They had guests check into the hotel around Christmas timelast year. So its better to book a hotel room in advance. All the pools are heated.
No, you can enjoy most amenities inside
All of the tubs are open, only a couple spa services are not available. You have to wear a mask in the locker room, and in the inside pools, but not outside. And most of the pools are outside. I felt like it was still very much worth our money!
Hey have an indoor one where the indoor pool is
https://tx.spacastleusa.com/
I went yesterday and had a nice relaxing time. I suggest taking your own towel and anything needed to shower after if you plan to shower after the pool. Only the shoes locker was closed but the larger lockers are still available for use. They give you a rubber armband with your locker number which helps you open it. They have blow dryers there so you don't need to take yours. There is a full nude women only spa right outside the locker rooms if your into that. If not you just keep walking through. Outside pools were very relaxing especially the floating river. Food area is closed other than ice cream so don't go on an empty stomach or just plan on eating after.
Open 10am to 8pm each day. But no locker rooms, and the restaurants are closed. Only the indoor/outdoor pools and dry saunas are open. No towels, no uniforms. Bring your own everything.
50.00 I think. Check the website. They do groupons too
Groupon has the best deals.
Also check Groupon- i got a great deal for weekday admission...they may have lodging specials too
Yes they are
Definitely call, but there seem to be lots of different things potentially... spa, hotel positions, food service, custodial, etc. Doesn't hurt to inquire.
Do you mean the bands they give you when you're staying at the hotel? It's $25 when you're staying at the hotel and the bands last 24hrs. for the spa
Yes ..the sign in the hot tub says they must remain under your watchful eye at all times.
No what it is you dress and undress in separate parts. But afterwards you can be with your love one. It's a wonderful place to bring your husband or wife. I'm taking my next time. Don't believe everything you hear sweetie. Spa castle has all the information you need to know. It tells you everything on there website. Please go you will love it ❤️
What it is, they give you these small towels. You are allowed two. It's a no shoe zone. Now you can wear them but it says you don't need shoes. You can buy shoes and bigger towels if you like. When you go upstairs to eat they give you clothing to wear, but when you are in the spa pools you wear your swimsuits. Please go, you will not be disappointed!!!!! You will have wonderful time!!!
I don't know about checking in or out. I personally would never stay in this facility.
I had a very negative experience myself.
No, it has to be a regular coverage bikini, or a full coverage one piece. I called and confirmed. Men have to wear swim trunks, no attire that isnt swimsuit material will be allowed in the pools.
I don't see why not .. if you purchase them before it shouldn't be a problem to use it on the 4th
I believe the whole place is open 24 hours
A day is fine. The place is really big. They usually never reach their limits
Yes
There is really no place for privacy at Spa Castle. The locker area where you will normally change is full of people changing at all times. The baths are 100% nude. Pools though are swim suited. There are restrooms where I think you can change in there if you prefer
Maybe three feet, not deep at all.
Yes you still have to pay separate entry fees even if you're staying at the hotel I don't know about the cancellation of a room
Because everytime I call no one ever answers!! Like ever!!! I was waiting like 15 mins...nothing. no matter what time of the day I call.
Their website has a hotel one booking area. If that doesn't work you can call and make a reservation.
I had a body scrub there and the lady told me how much to write in for a tip for a tip for her, while I was sitting there naked. She was demanding a tip. I told her I had cash in my bag and I would get her cash and she insisted that I write in something like the person above said- $20-$25 tip. She was so demanding it was like a 30% tip to the service. When I left, I told them the way she acted and they said "yes she does that. You can remove the tip adjust the tip if you want"
30 during the week 50 on weekends general admission everything else is extra see the website for those prices
No, you only get a discount. they are separated
I don't understand what is being asked. Could you please elaborate so that either one of the staff or a prior customer might be able to answer your question in the best manner possible?
Yes
Try the hotel number
They have gym style lockers, not to big other than a backpack. Not much room for larger luggage. Possibly asking the counter to hold for you, might be an option for larger bags
Yes but you have to let them know so you get someone with prenatal certification. I think they only have one person qualified.
Thats what i actually ment.. Im not so comfortable in a bathing suit so is there an alternative?
Not in some areas of the spa in certain areas you must be in their uniform.
Even kids are $50 unless you use the Groupon. .
The place is expensive and they have different packages and services. You would have to check with the receptionists. They speak Spanish there, only sometimes they are very rough and do not like to speak Spanish.
They vary. I stayed NYE in a standard room that was 189.00 before taxes. The room was nice.
I haven't experienced that when I was there to weeks ago. The catfish i ordered was the only thing that bothered me when i took a bite out of it. I only ate my fries and hush puppies. I had a great time.
Probably. Call them
Yes you can, but is time for you relax
They might fit, but if in doubt, take your own shorts and t-shirt. Their sizing is definitely too small.
I hope that you do. It would be pretty inconsiderate to the people around you trying to relax to bring a child that young
They will do deep cleaning on the pools and rooms during the deep night and early morning. So...after 8a and before 8p are great at assuming everything will be in working order.
I have never called, but have witnessed the front desk answering the phone.
Yes, Kevin there is a list. In fact, each pool, and whirlpool has a digital display on them. My guess tho is at least 50 percent will be at or hotter than what is recommended for her. PLUS...the pool areas are NOT coed. The ladies have their own, and men have theirs.
Yes you actually do have to wait 24 hours. They have it posted inside too
Food not included. You probably purchased a spa ticket which includes sauna, baths, and swimming area. The few food options are separate and the massages, pedis, manis, and scrubs are separate as well.
It's a nice place to unwind. Pool had too much chlorine. Took 2 days for it to stop seeping through my pores and burning my nose. I was disappointed that the pool cafeteria is closed Monday through Thursday. The other food choices are o.k. at best. I don't think this is a place for kids and young children, but oh well.
All pools require them. The upstairs spa requires the uniforms that they provide. The only nude shower houses are separately located directly attached to the mens and womens locker rooms.
It's only per person. Buy your passes on groupon!
Yes. A large elevator provides access to all floors.
You dont pay for a night. You pay a daily admission price that lasts for 24 hours. You can sleep there without having to gey a hotel room. However- you will be charged another admission price for every 24 hrs you are there. Hotel prices are fairly expensive and are VERY limited. It is best to plan ahead. Weekdat admissions is about $35 and weekend is $45. Try looking on Groupon for deals or purchasing admission online on their website.
Website says restaurants at 10 and pools at 11 every day..
You bring your own. They do supply the shirts and shorts for the inside spa area
Have to call or book online.
Yes, there is a total of 10 Saunas including HIMALAYAN SALT ROOM PURE BLOCKS OF HIMALAYAN SALT
They never answer... ever. I was on hold 3 different days for an hour each time. I never got through. I had to call the hotel and have them go get someone
Yes
I not sure if you have to get a hotel room. But there is a number on the website to call and ask them.
Beer was around $7, mixed drinks were small and $10 to $12. Food was very reasonably priced though. I ate at the sushi bar and it was standard pricing for sushi rolls $6 - $12.
Yes it will most likely be very busy. Reservations aren't needed, but they do of course have a max capacity... And if the rooms are full it's not very comfortable or relaxing imo
Yes, but must be supervised by an adult while in the water
They have steam rooms in the gender specific areas and dry saunas throughout.
Certain areas. The saunas are open 24 hours but the pool, nail salon, massages and bars and food all closes.
Nope! Not yet!
No mud baths! Scrubs, massages (Quality? Unlicensed?) of 'therapists' is questionable! No one speaks English enough to understand 'slow down ', 'deeper' or 'that hurts!'!!!
Currently there is a Groupon for Spa Castle. $25 for week days and $30 for any day of the week.
This is a blog/thread/group for customers to review and share their experiences! You may want to call them directly or visit their website! The prices are high! Not one 'massage therapist' or body scrub person speaks English enough to understand, 'go deeper', 'slow down and don't scrub so hard!'! LOL They are only paid by your tips! Total exploitation. No one deserves a tip with the prices so high!
They speak English at the establishment
Yes dial the telephone number and select reservation to get a live person.
They have towels, but they are kinda small. If you want a full body cover it would bee best to bring your own towel.
There's the initial 24 hour entrance fee. You have access to the saunas, baths, pools... massages and etc cost extra.
They offer several. Chair massages are cheaper, I like the Swedish massage. I believe it is around $110-$120 for 60 minutes. They also have combination massages.
If you stay in the hotel you can come and go go, but if you just by entry without the hotel room you cannot re-enter
You book your time in the locker room where you pick up your uniform.
In the outdoor pools, you must wear appropriate swim attire. The bathing area inside the single gender area (8 various temperature large tubs) does not permit clothing. You will be issued a t-shirt and shorts "spa uniform" for the saunas and other areas.
DO NOT CALL THEM! Just go to Google, type in Spa Castle Promotions and you will find a 50% off coupon that is continuously good till December 31. I know the wkds are $25 when you use the coupon, the mid week ought to be cheaper.
Access to indoor and outdoor pool area, hot tubs, saunas, lounge area, lockers, showers bath house area, light therapy areas
I dont see why not but dont know if they have any kind of special for that
Pay the admission fee and that is all! Pay nothing more for the experience (excluding food & drinks and personal massage and facials)
