When I was there, we moved at a very slow pace and were able to take many pictures.
Hi. Many of the lanes are wide enough that you can pull to the right and stop , and other cars will have room to pass you. We do ask that everyone remain in the car at all times.
You would need to continuously move but the path goes pretty slowly so you should have time to take pictures in your car.
