First and foremost I’m very familiar with Cosmetology School’s. I have been supporting them for years. This was my first time with this Paul Mitchell school in St. Johns town Center. When I called to make an appointment I was told their hours and when I could book a service. Told them what I was looking for cut and style and some facial highlights. As pricing quoted 15 for cut and style and 25 for chemical treatment. So made an appointment for Tuesday at 1 PM. When I arrived I was told by the teacher (Samantha)once I was in the chair that it would be 15 for the cut and starting at 50 for the color. Course that’s not what I was told that was there so I went and had hair done. Madison was my stylist and she very Friendly and did a great job! Samantha was also very good at the training! When I went to the front desk to pay and tell them what happened the young lady there was not very sympathetic. She basically just said “We’ll teach our staff better!! That did not solve my issue of being told one pricing and receiving another so I asked for her supervisor who was not very professional either! Given four stars the teachers and students there are very good. The receptionist desk definitely needs better instructing Which is your first impression to all clients!
