Food is great but the atmosphere kills it. The place needs a bit of a cleaning starting with the entry door. A lot of crumbs on the floor and it was only midday when we came in.

Some restaurants are switching over to digital ordering, taking away the human element. It’s breeding employees who do not even acknowledge customers from behind the counter. Food has been good here (I’ve visited multiple times). Environment could be cleaner, especially the trash can where dishes are returned and the soda fountain area.

This location is a hit or miss. A lot of the people that work in the kitchen are quite rude. Employees obviously do not care, and their faces always show it. Bathrooms are disgusting. Food is always good which is why I give two stars, but cleanliness lacks. Homeless people sitting in there a lot. I come in 2x a week about for homework, and the employees always have their personal music blasting in the kitchen over the music that plays in the sitting area. I worked at a panera for 3 years, and that would have never been tolerated by our GM or regional manager. Very obnoxious and distracting. The kind of guests that come to panera do not want to listen to that kind of music who are here to focus. I asked for a to-go container for my soup and got looked at with a blank face by a curly-haired boy who was singing the music, no words just tossed the soup container across the counter. Makes me want to take my business to another location.
