Payment is taken automatically, something similar to an ATM 🏧 machine that takes Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and offers a Care Spot membership at a special rate. You must pick your type of auto wash 🚘 by the choices given. A human employee will guide you through the beginning of the tire ramp however, the carwash is completely automated. At the end of the carwash, you will be guided by a cement driveway that leads you to the vacuum cleaners where you can vacuum the inside of your vehicle, dry off the rest of the outside of your vehicle that the automated blow dryer didn't take care of and also there is a machine to clean your floor mats.
Payment is due upfront. I have group coverage through my employer so I used my PayFlex Visa card. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me gathering all the things I needed to provide her.
