This place is a joke. Cane in yesterday after closing my store down to come in. No one was available. She scheduled me today for 1pm and said to come early so I can get in. Turns out the doctors are over an hour behind. Waste your time at this place, might as well just go to the ER for long wait.

My primary care doctor didn't have any available appointments. I went online and booked a Minute Clinic appointment and was able to get an appointment the next morning. I appreciate the convenience of being able to fill out paperwork in advance online. I received text and email reminders prior to my appointment. When I arrived, I checked in at the kiosk, which was super easy and efficient. I was seen after waiting less than 5 minutes. The nurse was very thorough, attentive, and polite. She recommend some store products and walked me over to the area to locate the products with me. The co-pay was much less than an urgent care clinic as well. The entire store was clean, especially the waiting area and observation room. When purchasing items from the CVS store, the self-service checkout is super easy to use. I would recommend this location for great and efficient service.

We went to minute clinic because my 5 year old son was complaining that his ear hurt. We got there and were told to make an appointment because they were booked . We made one for the morning. We went in 15 minutes early just incase but ended up waiting almost an hour . When we finally got in one lady was training ( very nice ) the other was rude and mean with no compassion. They started with asking if we wanted the flu shot I asked if it was free they said 50$ I said."no thankyou ." The other lady said angrily. " it's on ly 50. I said 50 is alot to us . So then she said you know this appointment is going to be between 100- 139. Right I said yes then they looked at my sons ears said there was nothing just some wax so I asked best way to clean his ears she said he don't have that much. When they checked his throat the other lady said looks a little swollen but not red . The other insisted on a strep test . Said it was also 50 $ I said I don't know do you really think he has strep? She said that is all up to you . The other lady said it's more looks like a little allergies to use Flonase and the other lady was mad insisting on the test . Trying to make me feel bad . I decided against it already I'd be paying 100 . Then they put all kinds of symptoms ect into the computer and gave me my bill 139 ! So I asked why all you did was check his ear ! Didn't even want to tell me how to remove wax. The lady said that's just the system that determines what kind of visit it is . 😐so I said thank God I didn't get the strep test it wouldn't been 200. The whole time the lady said with strep it will be 150 . And the whole time she rushed the other lady and us because we had to get out for other patients. I would never recommend minute clinic take them someone's anywhere. My son still complaining his ear hurts and his throat is fine .
