Made an appointment and showed up on time the day and time scheduled. Was told "I'm backed up and don't think I can do it today. Can you leave it or come back tomorrow?". Meanwhile, drove 20 minutes from Odessa and had my friend follow me to drive me back to work. Why schedule appointments and why not call the customer to explain BEFORE they waste their time. He had my contact info. No wonder the shop is a mess and there is no one else working there besides the owner Nick, who may be a good welder but is a pretty poor businessman.
