I saw a hawk at the park. The playground area is very nice. The picnic tables need replacing. They are absolutely horrible. I wouldn't sit at them and I certainly wouldn't eat at them without a table cloth.

You don't necessarily have to, but it will ensure that you get a spot otherwise it's first come first serve after the people who did reserve spaces comes. It's $25 to reserve and either 4 hours in the morning or afternoon

Yes, there are a lot of picnic tables under a covering. I believe it would be plenty of room. There are also public bathrooms.
