Rode up from New Mexico with two other riders post Memorial Day Weekend. Called a day out to see if they could provide a service for all 3 bikes. Spoke to the service manager Dave who went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Can't say enough about the customer service of this Harley Dealership! Everybody was so friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs! Met the owner Brian who fixed us coffee and shared a great deal of insight on the local area. As it turned out, Dave and his technicians had us back out on the road by noon!! Very impressive! Model dealership!!

4 bikes in Maine near Bar Harbor 2 bikes go down we found a H-D dealership but sold just tshirts guy hooked us up with the dealer in Bangor at 2 pm in the afternoon one bike needed a new water pump the other minor repair they got us right in fixed the issue a couple hours later in our way. Great service highly recommend
