The owner Bob Andrecheck is currently remodeling 3 or4 trailers in the park. It is a very small park. And in my opinion from experience with him and the park manager Scott, They donot have very good upkeep of the trailers. He is what some would call a " Slumlord"!. Enter at your own risk!!
The person bad mouthing former owner and manager is only saying it for revenge because eviction of her friend.The eviction was totally the tenants fault. She was given fair chances many many times. Nothing she said is true.
