Is 5 w 30 full synthetic and oil good to use in a 1912 ecotec 4 cylinder cruze.or should I be using 0 w 30.

Either one, you would want 0W -30 for very cold weather, I would just use the 0 W-30, I hope this helps

A "2012" Chevy Cruze Eco would use 5w-30 synthetic blend oil. If going to an extremely cold climate (-20 deg F) 0w-30 can be used.
