Stop your search and go here. This place was absolutely amazing and super helpful when I went for an oil change. Chris was wonderful and provided me excellent service along with all of the other technicians there. He went above and beyond to make sure my car had everything it needed and that I was able to get it at an affordable cost as a college student. He was upfront with me and explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and I am certain I will be going there for all of my vehicle needs for years to come. I recommend this place to anyone that asks. Thank you all!!

I've been having my 2015 KIA 900 oil changed at this location since June 2021. I'm upset that I was overcharged $118 without previous services. Here's why, when I asked him why it was so high, he responded, " Well, you paid $120 last time. " I told him, yeah, but that included an Air Filter. He quickly stated that the price had a $5.00. discount included. He returned with the receipt and said, I have a V8 with a Big Engine; I said, I've been coming to this location since 2021, and I know the engine I have. But anyway it's ok. Until I got home and looked at the itemized receipt, what I was charged for, and the services he stated were performed and were not! Description ========= Full-Service Oil Change | Price: $47.99 Oil Filter | Price: $12.00 Valvoline 5W30 Synthetic | Qty: 7.60 | Price: 26.00 Val Synthetic Up Grade | Price: 30.00 Service Checklist He Did Not Do, But was Checked "OK" ========================================= Claim: Check Cabin Air Filter - False, was not even offered to replace. Claim: Check Air Filter - False, was not even offered to replace. Claim: Check Wiper Blades - False, was not checked Claim: Tire Rotate & Balance Due? False, not even a mention. In previous services, I would receive in detail a few pages of pertinent information regarding what needed to be done. I would expect this type of treatment from the KIA Dealership with harassment of buying a new car. I will do my research before going back. =================== John, you should have saved your response telling me what I should do with a 2020 reference. You can't explain why I was charged, and what is a VAL Synthetic Up Grade for $30. Before you take it upon yourself, should the customer be notified if they desire an upgrade. I'll make sure to compare with the other Automotive Shop. Maybe they can explain what that fee is!
