I think they do but to make sure I am giving you the correct answer call them at the phone number listed here on the map to schedule a next day appointment because they don't help the customers if they just show up like that. On the day of the appointment take your receipt of purchase with you if you stil have it because they might need it to get your password in order to reset the device again when they change the battery.
