If you haven’t visited the new Apple Store location at The Grove, definitely do so. Huge open space with loads of tables full of Apple products to get a hands-on feel. The store is incredibly well done.

What a beautiful store! The purpose of the visit was to upgrade one of our phones and the service did not disappoint, the staff was efficient, knowledgeable and FUN in a professional way. The time spent setting up new device was spent conversing with one of the representatives who answered all the questions and was not pushy! Kudos

Please teach your stuff how to give professional customer service, it’s apple store there should be at least some level of professionalism! And dear employee Chris who worked on 03/01/2022, if you don’t know how to do your job and speak to customers you should be fired! We ordered warranty replacement of phone case and specifically asked to put my husband as trusted pick up contact when we came Chris claimed he didn’t have such information under my profile and asked for my id, I didn’t have it on me as we requested my husband as pick up person, instead of handling it professionally and checking all information he was rude, with horrible attitude and absolutely unpleasant. Apple, why picking up a case for my phone has to be such a stressful experience? Please make sure employees like Chris are not allowed to work with people, he obviously doesn’t have any skills for it, and you should know better you hired and trained him so it’s fully on you.

What a great store . I am slowly becoming "all in" on Apple . My only gripe about apple stores in general is they don't keep enough products in stock . I wanted to buy the new Mac mini with the 16gigs memory . The only way I could get that was online . Potentially they could have lost a sale but because their products are so outstanding there was no chance of that .

Because they like to follow where the 'money' is or where they think the money is...same thing with Chase Bank, Starbucks, Ralphs, Trader Joes - drives me nuts - last time I looked my house in South LA is worth over $800K - you would think that would tell them people are spending money in not the typical (white) $$$ areas...

Making a genius bar appointment is the best way to get your item serviced. They are very busy and appointments are needed.
They can but you should make an appointment through the tech support line. If it won't power up you will definitely need to leave it.
I think they do but to make sure I am giving you the correct answer call them at the phone number listed here on the map to schedule a next day appointment because they don't help the customers if they just show up like that. On the day of the appointment take your receipt of purchase with you if you stil have it because they might need it to get your password in order to reset the device again when they change the battery. You need to reset the new phone to factory settings. This will remove your data and settings from it and return it to the condition it was in when you bought it. This can be done using just the phones hand set. THEN For the best chance of success you need to take your husband's old phone and synchronize it to iTunes on the pc or Mac hes uses. This will require you to bring the OS to the latest version first if your hubby hasn't already done that. iTunes will tell you if this needs to be done and prompt you accordingly. Once that is done you will take the new phone and connect it to the same iTunes (the same computer you synchronized the old phone to) . Once connected and iTunes has establish communication with the new phone it will ask you if you wish to set up the phone as new or restore the phone. You wish to restore it. Follow the directions and prompts. This process could take one to two hours so please be careful so you don't find yourself doing repetitive tasks. Enjoy.

Okay, I am not going to promise you anything but I strongly suggest that you call this facility's phone number and schedule an appointment to see if they can help you to recover your contacts some how. Don't forget to take your receipt of purchase with you if you stil have it because that can serve the purpose of helping you to decode or break your phone's lock, or they can restart your phone and you might recover your information that way. Pray to god for guidance and hope for the best.

It is highly possible for them to try to reset your i-pad but first you have to call them to schedule an appointment because they have a lot of customers and they are very busy all the time. Make sure you take all your device's papers with you to the appointment including your receipt of purchase if possible because they will need to see your password in order to help you. Good luck!
