David was really exceptional and awesome :D !! He troubleshooted the battery issue with my iPhone right away and pinpointed that the reason why my iPhone battery health was 95%, but was performing so poorly, was due to the fact that my auto lock under my settings was not set to 2 minutes or less. That was the main reason why my battery was draining so fast. In contrast, when I had brought my iPhone last Friday to Best Buy in Culver City, the tech consultant could not pinpoint this, and told me that I would still have to visit an Apple store to look into this. Clearly though, David at the Westfield Century City Apple store showed me my battery health screen, pointed out the graphics that showed when my phone was at its peak performance, when it was being charged, etc. He went WAY above what the tech consultant at Best Buy did! After David adjusted the settings on my iPhone so that the auto lock was set on just 2 minutes, he told me I should be able to see a significant difference starting that very evening. And he was absolutely right! My iPhone battery didn’t drain as fast and I didn’t have to charge it as much! Thanks a million, David :D !! A lot of customers have said online that this store is really busy, and some of them expressed disappointment that they were not helped in a timely manner. It's a given that if you come in the evenings or on the weekends, it's always going to be busy because that's when the majority of customers are already off. For my recent Genius Bar appointment with David at this Apple location, I had to make this ahead of time. I can't just walk in and expect an Apple associate to promptly help me. That's just the way it is in densely populated and crowded cities like Los Angeles! If you can make an appointment on weekdays during the daytime before the majority of people get off from work and flock over, you can definitely be helped without having to fight the usual crowds!

0 star is I can. Rude staff, with all the privilege working at Apple and doing nothing to help customers. Some staff ALWAYS try to stop dropping in by claiming there is no availability (sometimes it is not true). Their dropping in policy always depends on which staff you are talking with. And this happens a lot!! A most typical story is when the time that I heard from an Apple staff: “due to COVID, you can only look our products through the window and there is no way that you can enter the store without a reservation”. But next second, his colleague let me come into the store and helped me touch and look at Apple’s valuable and vulnerable products.

OK, granted we went on a Saturday afternoon in November, but it still should not have taken over 3 hours to buy new phones. It didn't help that one of the people that helped us was a newbie and now that I think of it, it didn't help that we were passed around to about 4 people. To make things worse, an instantaneous change of providers wasn't possible for one of us (me). They said that it took two days and I got frustrated (and anxious) and went back to my old provider. This triggered a charge for the full price of my phone though my husband's provider so I had to shell out over $1K. Again, it seemed that no one really knew what they were doing. Next time we'll either go to the provider's store - or even the Beverly Center store. It's never crowded like Century City.

Took my iPhone for Battery replacement. After around 3 hours they told me that they couldn’t open the phone since the bottom screws were stripped. No one had ever opened or try to open the screws before. I took the phone back home and with a $1 pentalobe screwdriver was able to open the screw. Next day I took it there and have to wait additional 2 hours for the repair. No customer service. No care about customers’ time and concern. The apple we see is no longer the apple with great customer satisfaction.

how do I make an appointment? I need to have my password changed. What time tomorrow?
Are you accepting reservations to visit the store to make purchase?
I had to go online to Apple to find the store and make the appointment. I live in Los Angeles County.
I think better to call the store cause they have different procedure from store to store
Go online to Apple.com and search for the store you want. Then make reservation from there.
I need to have my iPhone repaired because I cannot hear well when on the phone
It depends on your phone problem if it's complicated yes if not they'll fix your problem right away there.
No
No not helpful
Not sure but I see people jut walking in
I would call or chat a online apple support person. Just go online. But ive never heard of this option. Normally, to get a order started , you have to make the purchase. Or! Buy a prepaid credit card from a supermarket and make the purchase online and go pickup your product.
Bring your iphone to the same store where your aunt bought it, they should be able to track that down for you
It's best to make an appointment but you can walk in
You need to just make a quick appointment online, then go to your Store after. It's pretty easy....
Through the website..choose the location
Just call
You would have to go up there to get trouble shooting services
He's right. Do as he says.
Do you do repairs
Yes you do and they are very easy to make one. Showing up without one isn't advised but the Apple Store Staff are pretty good about helping getting you in to make a purchase
Yes. You can and you should.

please call Apple care or visit the Apple website: (800) MY-APPLE (800-692-7753)
Visit Apple Support or the Apple Support app. Select the device you want to fix. Select a category that your issue falls under. Select a topic. Click on Bring in for Repair. Enter your Apple ID and password. Select a location.
Please call the store directly for that information
You can go to the store druing normal business hours and ask person by the door with an iPad to make you an appointment, or you can do it through the apple Support app available on the app store. You can also do it online but that way keeps changing and is a little complicated, best to Google it.
You might start with both customer service at the store as well as your cell phone provider.
I cant answer that. Pleade call Apple directly and ask one of their tech's.
It all depends. Take it in or call.
Appointments are recommended. Otherwise, there will be a wait. Could be a long one.
