Karen - Takes homes are based on a patient's commitment to the program and how the person follows the guidelines, including but not limited to clean UAs, attending groups,etc.... We do not have a maximum dosage as each person is different and the doctor is available for assessments as needed. Call us at 877-284-7074 for more information and to schedule and appointment to get started!
Acfually just to clarify...there are currently no group requirements as long as you are assigned to a counselor. If you are not, then you are required to attend a group meeting once monthly. (That is at least effective as of 10/18/2019. As far as getting a weeks worth versus the time it takes?...I'm just guessing here but I would say 2 years. Now this is all based on you being in compliance with the rules. They are really not hard to follow. No "dirty" urine screens (once monthly), go to your counseling (1 on 1) session as required. (I think when you first start on the program, you need to see your counselor daily for a very short time and only to make sure you are doing well) its all in your best interest. Eventually you will be going once a month though. They have a guide for the time you are at the clinic vs. when you get to phase up or get take homes. Something like... 1- 30 days 2- 90 days 3- 6 months 4-1 yr 5-18 months 6 (week)- 2 yrs. This may be off. Good luck
