This is one of the most frustrating stores I've ever been to. I shop at thrift stores a lot as both a cost saving and environmentally conscious effort. I don't go to this one frequently, but maybe every other month I pop in to see what they have. It has gotten to the point that there is so much merchandise that it is impossible to navigate. The reason the store is overflowing with merchandise is that their price point is exceptionally high considering they are selling donated goods. I'm all about my dollars going to a good cause, but sometimes you have to sacrifice the price per sale to increase the number of sales and move merchandise. This would keep people safe with walkways that can accommodate those with disabilities. The last two times I have attempted to make a purchase, I brought it to the register and was then questioned and told that they need to "ask the manager" before I can complete my purchase. This makes me feel like they are accusing me of being a criminal and switching price tags. I was then condescendingly told "it's going to be okay" when I tried to explain where I got the items, and what the sign on the end cap read. I've shopped here for the last time, but I'm sure they won't miss me.

Rude, customer service! Pouring rainstorm outside, daughter and I browsing items in store. I had keys and wallet on us. Sales person interrupted us twice, once when I was on the phone with an important call. Trying to rush us from looking at items by telling us they were thinking of closing store early. I suppose she thought we were going to stuff clothes in our shorts and not pay! Not pay for their overpriced free and donated baby clothes! Check elsewhere before you go!
