Many grasias Yanet fernandez
From my own experience I advise you to look for more information on the facebook page of the Mexican Consulate and there you will get more details about what number to call and if for some reason it does not work do not waste your time and present at the consulate first thing with your ID be it a passport or registration, a birth certificate and a proof of address can be your vehicle registration or a bill of water or electricity. And I warn them that they only accept CASH payments so they would be sure to take at least $ 200.00 in cash if they want to renew their passport and registration. I speak from my own experience because I spent 1 week there and it went well. I hope this information is helpful.
Appointments are not made to the consulate number.
