So I have Tesla, and I have settings “to avoid tolls” I definitely remember last month I never crossed any toll, spend more time driving regular roads, but now I received a ticket for $30 and like 10 tolls here and there… how come that is possible? Also I have a sun pass, which has still unused ballance, no toll records, but e-pass bill say different? I have a feeling that it is shady and E-PASS Is forcing you to use their system…

It can be used anywhere EZ Pass is accepted. EZ Pass was used in the Mid-west and Atlantic states
If it's not a sticker, then yes, you can use it in any vehicle, even riding with friends.

I believe Sun Pass does work for ePass. A relative has Sun Pass, so I am pretty sure it will be fine. You can call them, or check their web page.
They may not poet til rental is returned. We rented a uhual and it was 2 months before I got a bill after I returned uhaul. U can call epass and find out. Tolls post normally 24 hrs after u go through toll. And a pay by plate will be mailed to your address . Hope this helps.
