Worst service I’ve seen. First of all I never got a call with a time window of delivery, I just figured it out online. I live in a gated community, and the driver didn’t even try to come in (goes to my phone to open the gate). He called me from his unknown cell number which of course my phone filtered (I’m assuming because there was no voicemail either). Got called by XPO within 3 minutes, I was outside within 5 minutes and no one was there. Customer service was unhelpful and told me the driver had 15 minutes to wait (he definitely didn’t wait) and could only tell me ‘he tried to deliver it.’ Wasted my day waiting for this delivery and they didn’t do their job. At all.

I am a driver for XPO. As far as I know you can schedule a pickup for frieght 24/7 via our website. The site will guide you through size of pallet dimensions of freight and weight. We are an LTL company we ship many shipments from different customers on one trailer. Our operations are Monday thru Friday.
Been working there for seventeen years. Good crew and plenty of freight. We are hiring now.
