We had an awful experience with Mears! They don't take accountability nor say sorry for anything! They were nothing but rude and not accommodating. They emailed us to say that our charter was at the lobby at 3:10 for our pick up to return to the airport our original confirmation email stated that the pick up wasn't until 3:35 go to the lobby at 3:20 no bus. Call and they said we were a no show. Kind of hard to be a no show when its not your pick up time. We called to ask them what is going on and they are absolutely RUDE! The lady was on the phone arguing with my husband and would not let him speak! We had to find another alternative to get to the airport, which at this time we are lucky we didn't miss our flight because we got to our gate with TWO minutes to spare. Once we got home we emailed to discuss the instance with them and they said that they wouldn't refund us and that their pick up was not at the lobby its at the front of the hotel.....ummmm the lobby IS the front of the hotel. And no where in any of their emails does it state anything different. When we were dropped off the week prior the driver even stated that drop off and pick up are at the same location. So how did it move in a week? SO disappointed! It totally brought our magical Disney vacation down. The kids were so stressed we were going to miss the plane home and were almost in tears running through the airport with us. This should NOT happen, EVER! Will not ever recommend Mears to the many friends that go to Disney yearly. Customer Service is what makes your business grow and if you have zero customer service and do not help your customers or at least talk to them with respect, you will loose so many of them! If you are looking for exceptional customer service and people who care about you and your family, then do not choose this company, go somewhere else!

So happy with my entire experience with this company! Every employee I had contact with was friendly. The busses were clean and comfy. It made my Florida trip so nice to never have to worry about getting to and from the airport!

This company really needs to monitor and listen to the customer service Representatives rude behavior on the phone with customers. They behave like if you were bothering them. I tried to call just to get a boarding pass sent to my email because I had not received it I called three times and all I got was three I'm professional and rude people on the phone.
