We were picked up from our hotel. There were 2 groups going to separate ships. We were told to place our luggage at the end of the bus in order to keep luggage separate. We had 5 pieces of luggage and only 2 made it on our ship. We found out 3 suitcases were on the other ship. The only way possible would be due to the guy on the bus not paying attention when unloading. Two of the missing suitcases include all of my daughters clothes and the other includes all of our dress up clothes needed to even enter the dining halls. I’d prefer to take an Uber next time and carry my own luggage on the ship. Bit of a hassle but a guarantee to have the things I brought with me.

Is it possible to arrange for your shuttle to pick us up at Cruise Terminal 1 in Port Canaveral and take us to SeaLife Aquarium at 8449 International Dr. in Orlando. What would the price be and could a return trip be arranged?
Hi Bill and thank you for contacting us here at Port Canaveral Shuttle Service. I will be happy to answer any of your questions and also offer you helpful information that could make things easier and lower cost for you. Country Inn & Suites is a good choice, but location matters a lot, so I recommend the Country Inn & Suites Orlando Airport location rather than the Port Canaveral location. This is easier because no matter what time your flight arrives, whether on time or not, the hotel will pick you up at the airport and bring you to the hotel. It is a money saver as well because they do that free of charge. Now our service will pick you up right at the lobby of the hotel on the morning of the cruise and transport you to the terminal that your ship sails out of. Also, if you need transportation after the cruise, we would pick you up and bring you back to Orlando, either to the airport or a Orlando hotel. I hope I helped you on your question. Chris
Hi Ruby, thank you for contacting us. Yes, arriving into Orlando the day/night before the cruise is very good advice and often times the airfare is much less. Choose one of the 26 Orlando airport hotels because they all offer free pick up at the airport when you arrive and bring you to their hotel. Also, most of them have free hot breakfast buffets in the morning. Our shuttle service will pick you up right at the lobby, the morning of the cruise, and take you to the terminal entrance of your cruise ship. Also, from the cruise ship after the cruise to the Orlando airport or Orlando hotel. I hope this has helped you and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We would be grateful to provide you service. Chris
