Take your birth certificate, if you have a bautismal certificate that will also help. Your CURP and your INE id's issued by Mexican Governmental offices would also be helpful if you have them. Your expired Mexican passport is very helpful also. Be prepared to pay a small fee and the fee depends on the years of validity of passport that you wish, 1,3 or 6 years vidity are the choices. You also should present 3 passport facial pictures measuring 4.5 x 3.5 centimeters each. Hope this helps people prepare for the application process.
