Smart Casual.
To the best of my knowledge, there isn't one. You don't want to look like you can't afford the meal, do you? Exercise judgement! Your out in public! Don't shame yourself! I would say smart casual attire.
We were wearing what might be considered business casual. Throughout the night, we saw people with a variety of different clothing types. I would say somewhere between casual and classy.
Casual. Not sloppy.
