The females that answer the phone are rude and disrespectful! At least 90% percent of the time. Because the owner is there friend he does not discipline them. Every time you call they are ignorant and terribly rude! They have no customer service skills what so ever. When you complain the owner gets mad and blocks you from placing future orders. If they mess up your order they get mad as well and give you a hard time about correcting there error!! What happened to customer service and treating your customers with respect!! Only in Philly can a customer be blocked cause an employee is unprofessional and rude and because they didn't prepare the food the way you requested!! Only in Philly customers put up with this. Maybe I'm the only one that cares how people talk to me when I'm spending my money...

NU-NU RONX STAR VIBES

I ordered Stromboli and a fish & Chip platter and before I could complete the order I can’t tell you how much I emphasized for the fries to be well done! Well they did the exact opposite. The fish was RAW and cold the Stromboli was dry and burned it was HORRIBLE! I asked to speak with the manager who was rude unprofessional and very dismissive. They refused reimburse me which is even more sad when I tipped the driver a $20.00 Thanks but no thanks

I go here from time to time and I can NEVER say, that I have been disappointed. I know the owner well, after years of coming in. He is consistent with his staff and keeps a smooth ship running. A testament to how the food comes out. Which is always hot and more importantly, FRESH! If you are looking for great food, this is it. I can't just leave it at the pizza. This place has phenomenal wings and cheese-steaks. I have even had a salad and that was to rave over, considering that I am not big on salads in restaurants. Go!!! Get some food from there and you won't be disappointed!😁🤙

Mr Boyd is very passive aggressive and it wasn’t no need for him to be like that. I spent $51.23 on 30 wings and a large fries. They give me 22 wings instead of 30 and my fries wasn’t even done all the way. The fact that I couldn’t reach them the same day and had to keep call until the next day and when I finally got in teach with someone it was my fault I waited so long. He also knew I was short wings the exact amount and all . So you knew you only gave me 22 wings and steal charge me full price for 30 wings . Just very rude and lack good customer service!! He talked very nasty to me and had the nerve to get mad because I said I’m not paying for delivery.
