I believe that LaQuinta will allow service dogs in the hotel without a fee. Just make sure you have all the documents, forms, etc.
Pets are welcome, not sure of a fee.
As i remember from over a year ago when we were inquiring about such things we were told that absolutely all documentation must be presented at the time of check-in. Whether there is a fee is somewhat dependent on the size of the dog. You must notify at the time of reservation.

We pay a fee for our pets. Not sure about support dogs. Bring your certification paperwork as proof, you might not have to pay the fee.
