You need to take into account all the 1 star ratings. That will drop an overall score fast. As well as the fact that they do not have a reputation management system in place. Hence the reason they are not responding to reviews.
I have no idea to be honest. I got admitted here on Wednesday and the doctors and nurses have been but amazing to me on every aspect. I did notice a lot of patients for not follow instructions and want to wander on their own and get up and do all sorts of stuff without calling for assistance. My wife gave birth here and it was one of the best experiences we had as well.
