This was my first time at this emergency room and I have to say everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors were extremely kind. I was brought in because of hypertension and my blood pressure was VERY high. Every single staff member went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I definitely recommend this emergency room and I will be using them again for any future emergency medical needs. Thank you to everyone who worked between 8pm and 11pm on 8/19!!! 💜

You need to take into account all the 1 star ratings. That will drop an overall score fast. As well as the fact that they do not have a reputation management system in place. Hence the reason they are not responding to reviews.
