Great place to get some on the water rowing training. From a Sweat Factory CrossFit coach , this is a great place to go with friendly people.

My son rowed for lake county and had to a great experience. Go to there website below http://www.rowlcra.org/ Go to members page and click on your age group and then contact one of the coaches for a time to join in.

I have never been on a rowing team. I'm 57, but would like to visit or try out if possible??

Yes, they have a wonderful adult program. You don't need prior experience. Go to the lake county rowing website and talk to coaches Matt or justin
