No, GHW does not offer airport or any shuttle service. Independent shuttle service arrangements can be made. That being said, there is Metro station access within the hotel. DC Metro goes to DCA airport (not sure about IAD).

If you fly in from Baltimore airport, the Lyft is about $56 which is considerably less than a shuttle run or taxi (when we left)

No, but there are options. The metro station that you can get to from inside the hotel lobby. I used Uber ir Lyft due to the price and convenience. I didn't want to drag my bags on the metro.

I did not use or see shuttles but getting to and from the hotel by the metro was very easy. I only had to walk aboit 5 minutes when i flew into Reagan.
