I had a very nice stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room I had was super comfortable (especially the bed!) and the location was perfect for my trip. I didn't try the food at the hotel and the only comment about that I would make, is that it was confusing to be told there was 'credit' for breakfast each day - I think just include breakfast or don't - keep it simple!

firstly this is a super nice hotel with a top location and with super nice staff. The room nicely decorated. the bed is super soft i slept very well. Only a small litte thing is that sometimes some feathers sticking out of the bed. But besides that I had 2 perfect nights at this hotel i definitely recommend this hotel.

We traveled with a family of 5 and this time decided to spend more than usual for the hotel in order to enhance our experience and be in a walking distance to everything. Staying in Sofitel was amazing: spacious clean room, great sound isolation, and very friendly staff. We took a breakfast package, and didn't regret. It kept us full until late afternoon, and we were able to do lots of activities without interruption. Certainly, will stay in Sofitel again.

Super friendly staff and great location. Room was very clean and tidy. Valet staff was fast and very helpful. Love that it was pet friendly. My only negative comment is that the shower and sink would do this weird random thing where it would shut off mid use for about 20seconds. Fortunately the water would come back on nice and hot again but it was strange. My overall experience was still 5 stars and I would definitely stay here again.
