The hotel was pretty close to the White House and many surrounding known areas. Everything was great until after I received my bill of a charge that I wasn’t aware of. I called a few days after my checkout and left a voice message with the billing department, yet no one returned my call and so it was the same a few days after…no one returned my call. I was quite surprised since this hotel was part of the Marriott Bonvoy program, yet they didn’t have anyone to handle the billing department. You might want to think twice before booking.

I read mixed reviews prior to staying. The hotel is updated, clean, with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. It was an affordable quick weekend getaway close to about everything. Compared to other more expensive options, this team measures up in all ways! Loved our stay!

The staff has been really friendly and helpful. I checked in quite late and was really hungry after a long flight from San Francisco, so I decided to eat at their restaurant. The server, Abdul, was really nice. I don't usually send food back, but the crab soup didn't taste so good, so I politely told Abdul I wouldn't be finishing it. He was apologetic and took the soup off my bill. The rooms are clean and modern. The bathroom is a bit small and feels rather cramped when you're sitting on the toilet. My neighbors decided to have a loud party at 3am and after sending a message to the front desk, I was offered a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. In the morning, I asked if my neighbors would be staying another night and when that was confirmed, the front desk immediately moved me to a different room, which was greatly appreciated. So far, I've had a pleasant experience with the location and staff.

Outdated room! Scratches were on the tv stand and mirror. Room is dirty. They don’t provide complimentary water in the room. They don’t provide masks in the lobby. Bed had some type of weird powdery substance on it. I paid more money thinking the hotel was going to be elite. It was basic.
